ReClaim Immigration Policy: Fair, Firm, and for the People

ReClaim Logo

Immigration has become one of the biggest issues facing our country. The current system is broken - unfair to those who follow the rules, unsustainable for our communities, and dangerous for those who attempt illegal crossings. ReClaim believes in a system that is fair but firm: offering a legal route for those who want to contribute, while putting an end to illegal entry.

Legal Migration Pathways

We will create a streamlined, legal migration process - particularly with migrants in Europe - so genuine workers, students, and families can apply fairly and transparently. A proper system removes the need for risky, illegal routes and restores fairness to those who do things the right way.

Mobilising Migrant Workers to Support Britain's Shortage Sectors

One of the biggest challenges Britain faces today is the shortage of workers in key industries such as farming, food production, healthcare, and hospitality. Crops are left to rot in the fields, care homes are short-staffed, and businesses struggle to find reliable employees.

At ReClaim, we believe immigration should be fair, legal, and beneficial to everyone - both migrants and the British people. That's why we propose a Mobilised Worker Programme: a policy that ensures migrants fill the jobs Britain urgently needs, while integrating into local communities and supporting the economy.

How It Works

  • Legal Entry Only: All migrants must enter the UK through a legal, transparent process. Illegal entry will result in detention - no exceptions.
  • Targeted Work Visas: Migrants will be matched with shortage industries, such as farming, food processing, and healthcare, ensuring labour gaps are filled where they matter most.
  • Sponsor & Accountability: Each migrant will require a sponsor, such as an employer or cooperative, ensuring they have housing, work, and support while they integrate.
  • Integration into Society: Migrants will be required to learn English, respect British values, and contribute positively to their communities

Why This Matters

Britain depends on certain industries to keep the country running smoothly. If farms cannot harvest their produce, food prices rise. If care homes are short-staffed, our most vulnerable suffer. Migrant workers can and should help solve these issues - but only in a way that is fair, legal, and beneficial for Britain.

Firm Action on Illegal Entry

Those who attempt to enter the country illegally will be detained. This sends a clear message: Britain welcomes those who respect our laws, but we will not reward those who break them. Illegal routes only encourage exploitation and chaos - and they must end.

Sponsor & Integration Scheme

Every legal migrant will need a sponsor - whether it be an employer, community group, or family. Sponsorship ensures accountability and support, while helping newcomers integrate into British society from day one.

Integration into British Culture

Migration must be a two-way street. We will support migrants to learn English, understand British values, and actively contribute to their communities. Integration is the key to building stronger, safer, and more united neighbourhoods.

Contribution to the Economy

Immigration must work for Britain. Those who come here legally should be ready to work, pay taxes, and strengthen our economy. Our system will prevent long-term dependency on welfare, encouraging self-sufficiency and growth.

A Balanced System

Migration levels will be shaped with input from local communities, so the system is responsive to real pressures on housing, the NHS, and jobs. Local voices must be heard - because immigration affects communities first and foremost.

In short: ReClaim believes in controlled, fair immigration that benefits Britain. Legal pathways for those who respect the rules. Firm action against illegal entry. Integration, contribution, and accountability at the heart of the system.
